Our Reading Room is open to the public. It is not only a bookstore, but also a spiritual resource center where you may borrow or purchase books, magazines, CDs and videos on Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy’s life and spiritual healing. Also available are Bible references and items for children.
The Weekly Bible Lesson may be studied here in quiet comfort. Current and past copies of the Christian Science Journal, Christian Science Sentinel and Pulitzer Prize-winning Christian Science Monitor newspaper may be read or purchased. A complete collection of Journal and Sentinel articles dating back to the early 1900s is available for reference.
Our computer station makes it possible to visit Christian Science sites, such as www.spirituality.com and www.csdirectory.com that offer news and information about the movement. The Mother Church site, www.christianscience.com, offers information about worldwide programs as well as scheduled lectures and other upcoming events. The Concord computer program enables you to research the Bible, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mrs. Eddy’s other writings, The Church Manual and hymns.
